Our standard
This website is designed and tested to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
How we tested it
- Automated testing of every page with axe-core and Lighthouse, on desktop and mobile, with no issues found.
- Keyboard-only navigation of menus, language selector, forms, map and buttons, with a visible focus indicator throughout.
- Phones and tablets in portrait and landscape, zoom up to 400% (320 pixels wide) and increased text spacing, without loss of content.
- Reduced-motion settings, colour contrast of all text and controls, and touch targets of at least 44 pixels.
What you can expect
- Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a “Skip to content” link.
- Clear headings, landmarks and labels, so screen readers can navigate each page.
- Text and controls that meet AA colour contrast, and nothing that relies on colour alone.
- Animations that switch off when your device is set to reduce motion.
- Forms with visible labels and clear error messages.
- The website in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
Known limitations
The interactive map is provided by Google and is not fully under our control. It only loads when you ask for it, and our address and a direct link to directions are always available as text. Messages are handled in WhatsApp, which follows WhatsApp’s own accessibility features.
